Lesson (35min)
- Transition to Back
- Head Outside Double
- BL1
- Lean, Lift, Pull, Trip
- Lean – Crowd his close leg with your knee/hips, and lea them to the floor
- Lift – They fight your hands, lift off the wall use your knee to sweep their leg out the way
- Pull – They fight your hands and lean back into you, pull their bum to the floor
- Trip – Block their front leg with a foot sweep, or hip bump
- Take them in the direction their head is going, and combine to shut them down
- Switch Lift
- Take your head to the inside, pull them off the wall
- Switch to the opposite side of your opponent
- Lift with a hip pop, and clear their legs with your knee
- Take them to the mat.
