Lesson (35min)
Quick Review
- Sealing Out
- Connect elbow to inside of hip, thumb to chest, if pushed forward post on your head.
- Attack two hand onto his one, cross grip one fingers (under grip), close grip on wrist (over grip).
- Push their arm out and rotate locking your elbow.
- Standing Up
- From the above, They pressure forward, post head and close hand on the floor, keeping that elbow tight.
- Move your far leg out to post, get you posture up and pushing into them.
- Step post leg back and come up off you butt, step back again and stand up keeping a staggered stance, and continue to hand fight the free arm.
Cutting Out
- From The Knees
- From the Sealing Out Position, they pull your arm back,
- Sit back and roll from butt check to butt check, posting on your hand
- Follow around until you can grab their wrist with both hands.
- From Standing
- Cut Out – High Crotch
- If they let you go early, pass their arm across their body,
- Shoot the High Crotch on the near side
- Cut Out – Peak Out
- If they stay tight, you get to 90d, Duck you head under their chest,
- Throw your elbow out to clear their hands.
- Drop both knees to floor, and attack High Crotch or Double Leg.
- You can attach the the hand on your waist to keep connected
- Cut Out – Switch Low
- If they follow hard, turn back the other way drop your height and catch their ankle low (facing up),
- Then switch your hips by stepping over so your facing down, go to back side double, single, etc.
- Cut Out – High Crotch
Live Rounds (30min)
- 2 x 3min Flow Wrestling
- Starting From Bottom Position, Get to feet then re-attack
- 5 x 3min Hard
