    • Side to side movement in stance, touch the floor each direction change.

Lesson (25min)

High Crotch Bad Position
  • Sprawled Position
    • Your opponent is sprawled on top of you and looking for the go behind
    • You have their leg and head out between their arm and hip
  • Hurdlers
    • Your opponent hooks you leg, in turn you hook his ankle with your foot.
    • Sit backwards into reverse side control, and turn your toes up lifting their leg
    • Change hands and keep their knee lifted, the other elbow goes on the floor
    • Note: The direction o sit back is important, you are sitting on the same hip the your leg is trapped
  • Sitting Into Them
    • As they spin to go behind,
    • Sit onto your far butt check, then roll onto the other butt check, turning into them
    • Reach across and take the double rolling on top.
  • The Egg Roll
    • They attack the far ankle
    • Grab their wrist and pull it into your hip, removing their post
    • Continue your turn into them rolling them across your back
    • Move your inside leg back, and your outside knee under them
    • Finish in reverse side control is recommended.
  • Don’t Be There
  • Arm inside is dangerous in BJJ / MMA, as it can be caught in an Armbar or trapped by the legs.
