Week In Review
- I noticed when doing the mats this week that there was Blood every day that had not been cleaned up.
- Instructors please keeep an eye on Blood Spills during your class.
- To clean up blood spills regfer to our Blood Spill Policy which is on the wall & in the Blood Spill Bucket in the Martial Arts Room.
- Please read the policy below to refesh you memory.
Starting Classes
- Please start you classes as close as possible to the scheduled class time, if people miss the technique acquisition (warm up) thats on them. The more we wait for people the more late they will be.
- Also the Mon & Wed Gi class is only an hour long, so no time to wast. We might extend the Gi class by 15min later this year, but I want too see how it goes first, and also get the Muay Thai people used to a later start time before I push it any further.
Public Holiday
- Monday 26th is Australia Day, no classes.
