Door Bell
- If you are working please make sure you keep an ear out for the door bell.
- If you let someone in, it is your responsibility to attend to them.
- If they are a Member please ask why they did not check in, with their toggle or the GymMaster app.
- If their toggle or app did work find out why, and solve the poroblem.
- If they don’t have let them know they can purchase a toggle or download the app.
- If they are not a member, find out how you can assist them,
- Check them in for their free trial & explain what to do next.
- If they have not signed up for a free trial, get them to do so on their phone, if they don’t have a phone use the gym iPad.
- Or answer any questions they may have.
- If they are a Member please ask why they did not check in, with their toggle or the GymMaster app.
- Last week I had a phone call from someone wanting to do their free trial class, at first they could not get access, then the person (a gym member I beleive) that let them in told them there was no one there to help them. At this time I had two staff rostered on shift and only one teaching class. Please do your best to not let this typ of situation happen. I am happy for staff to train when working but customers MUST come first and be assisted correctly.
Staff Car Parking
- Staff are not to park in the customer car park when they are working, it is for customers.
- Staff are not to park in other business car parks when working or on site as customers.
- It is ok for staff park on the common property along the side of unit 1 under the trees, as long as;
- You do not block the glass door from being used,
- You do not park and part of your car over the concrete,
- You fully understand that this is not a legal car park, and you could get a ticket from BCC,
- You park there at your own risk, of damage to your car and yourself,
- You understand that the Body Corporate, SASSOM, and myself are in no way responsible for anything that may happen by you parking there.
- You leave enough room for car doors to be opened,
- If anyone has a problem with you parking there you are;
- Polite to them,
- Tell them you work at unit 3,
- They can contact myself if they have a problem.
Kids moving to adults
- Don’t pressure kids to move into adults classes, some are just not confident enough and will fell like they are no longer welcome in the kids classes.
- Generally kids can go into adults classes when they turn 15yo, exceptions can be made for younger but please talk to me first
- Don’t ask them to move up unless they are about to turn 17yo, and even then tread carefully, and talk to me first.
- Let them come to you and ask when they can move into adults classes. This is a big sign that they feel ready.
