Customer Service
- Customer service is important please remember to greet everyone
- Check in people that use the door bell, if you do have access to Gymmaster then write there name on the white board and I will check them in.
- When a member uses the door bell to get in, check they have a membership the is current and paid, if the have money owing please ask them to sort out a payment or email/speak to me.
Kids Equipment
- Kids Starter Pack, I just dis a price change to cover adult size or kids size Gloves and Shin Guards, so from now on give them what ever fits.
Holidays
- When considering time off please refer to the below list to see if anyone else has already booked time away.
- I need notice to find replacements for your shifts, the more notice the better.
