New Gym Protocol’s

• Please read these two new protocol’ for the Martial Arts Gym, if you have any comments / feedback please let me know.

Team Training, Grading & Neil Owen Seminar

• If there is anyone you think is ready for a belt promotion please let me know.
• Please let all members know at each class, tickets can be purchased the the members portal.

First Aid & CPR

• Saturday March 23rd @ 10:30am
  • SASSOM covers the cost for all staff.
  • If your 1st Aid is less than 3-years old then you only need to do the CPR component.
    • This should only take an 1-hour or less
  • If your 1st Aid is more than 3-years old or you have never done a 1st Aid course then you need to do both CPR and the 1st Aid components.
    • Normally takes around 3-hours
  • On-line component, both CPR & 1st-Aid have an on-line component that need to be done before attending the course on the 21st of March
    • Your login details will be sent out soon.
    • Please do the on-line component during your normal hours.

Sales

• When someone purchases one of the below memberships, they get 1-month of free training, and either a Gi or Gloves & Shin Guards.
• I have set the system to send an email to [email protected], so the gym iPad will get an email with the person’s name and let you know they have a starter pack to pick up.
• Once the member has picked up their gear please delete the email.

• When considering time off please refer to the below list to see if anyone else has already booked time away.
• I need notice to find replacements for your shifts, the more notice the better.
