Last Coaching Week

Thanks for the year everyone. Looking forward to 2023, we have some changes in timetables and class programming.

• The Christmas Open Mat Timetable is on-line now.
• The new Timetable for Adults will be up in the gym today, and will be on line next week.
• I am still completing the new Beginners Program for adults and should be finished this week
• The new Kids Program will be completed before the kids start back, only small changes:
  • Pandas will start doing a simple version of the monkeys techniques on top of the Gracie Games
  • Colts will have more content, and the lesson in two parts striking & wrestling
