Grading Week

Kids Grading: We are short on staffed for this one as Sophie and Damon are both overseas. Josh you are running the little Kids and Shaun will run the big kids.

Adult Team Training: Seminar starts at 10:30am and finishes at 12:30pm, we are going to the Aussie Nash for lunch. I don’t pay staff to do the adult team training but I will buy you lunch. Please let people know this is on and encourage them to attend. It is a Gi seminar, but I will be showing NoGi stuff as well, so people should wear a rashie under their Gi top.

There are no Adult Classes on Saturday other than the seminar, so 7:30am BJJ and Wrestling are canceled this week.
