• Kids Grading on the 10th of September, start letting the kids & parents know, make sure the date is on the whiteboard. I am away so Shaun runs the day. Josh runs Pandas, Alastair runs Monkeys. Remember Grading are special to the kids doing them please make it that way for them. Those running the gradings make sure you have a well thought out plan and make sure you have practiced the drills.
• Washing, some people have been putting dirty washing in the clean bins, if you can make sure dirty washing goes in the dirty bin. Also use your nose to check the clean bins when putting freshly washed items away.
• This week we had a mistake happen with clients picking up equipment. If you are asked to get equipment out for a member (even if I have asked) check on the iPad emails to make sure the person is getting what they have paid for, and also make sure you delete the email once you have handed out the equipment.
