- Our Free Trials have been on the increase again, Please make sure:
- You make new people feel welcome,
- Answer any and all questions they have,
- Check them into GymMaster (this is important, as it starts the email chain),
- Instructors, make sure they are partnered up with someone suitable,
- You take the time to talk to them after the class:
- Ask how they went,
- Encourage them to try more classes
- Make sure they know how to join, and if they indicate they would like to join get them signed up, issue their toggle and take their photo.
- If you notice someone does not have a pic on GymMaster please take one and update their profile.
