• If you’re teaching a class remember to invite ppl to come and support the team, the Quintet is free to compete and watch. The details are on the white board, just take a pic.

Letting People In

• Every member should be able to get through the door with their own toggle. If someone uses the doorbell, please remember to ask if they are on a free trial, or if they are a member, where is there toggle, reasons why they can’t access SASSOM one their own:
  • They don’t have a membership
    • They need to purchase one though the Members Portal on the SASSOM Web Site
  • They have an over due account
    • They need to pay their account though the Members Portal or email to make arrangements
  • They are on a one week free trial
    • Just check them in
  • Very rarely their toggle is dead
    • They will need a new one at no cost to them
• If they are a new member and they do not have a toggle get them one and take their photo, I will give them the 1st for free, but if they have paid for one then that is even better.
• If they are an old member that has lost there toggle get them a new one, they cost $10.00, they can pay cash or you can charge it to their account, or they can purchase though the Members Portal.
• If you are a morning or lunch instructor without access to Gymmaster just write their name on the notice board, and I will check them in, if they need a toggle let them know they need to pick it up during staffed hours. If you call me I can issue a toggle remotely, you will also need to send me a mug shot from their shoulders up (try to have a whit background).

Cleaning

• Thanks to those that stepped up and did the cleaning while Tiiu was away, you all did a great job!!!

Kids Timetable

• It’s the 1st week of school and some kids maybe late this week and next, please be patient with them and there parents

• When considering time off please refer to the below list to see if anyone else has already booked time away.
• I need notice to find replacements for your shifts, the more notice the better.
