- Marcus Surgery
- I will have surgery on Friday this week, for my right knee.
- My recovery will be about 4-6 weeks, but I suspect I will be ok to teach within two weeks
- In the 1st two weeks I will get as much help as possible where possible, the classes that I must teach I will do my best from the sidelines
- The classes that I will struggle with are the Tuesday & Thursday lunch, so if you are free on these days and can help let me know that you are available for a shift.
- To help me out, please can do a walk though the gym on your way in and out, and put things away, it only takes me a few minutes to tidy the gym.
- Hoodie
- The hoodies will be picked up on Monday this week
- Vinnies Memberships
- These are a monthly membership and are not though the normal direct debit process
- We have a company Vinnies supplying their clients with a gym membership
- They are paid monthly via invoice
- The clients should have signed up for a membership before they come down
- If so it is just the same for you guys as normal
- If not, there is a email that contains a link on the iPad, the email is named Vinnies just open it and click the link to get them to sign up, then proceed as normal
- Kids Muay Thai
- This weeks lessons are up, and I will continue to add more this week.
- Please watch and read the lesson plan, even if you are not teaching the lessons
- Please make time during down time to practice the techniques in the videos and lessons plans.
