Martial Arts 7-Day Free Trials
- I am going to try the below for a while to see how it works:
- I have changed the settings of the Free Trials to allow for self checkin and entry.
- To do this they will need to have downloaded the GymMaster app
- They will receive an email telling them how to do this.
- Please make sure to welcome everyone, and if you don’t know them ask if they are on their free trial.
- If so make sure they have the information they need to take part in the class they are there to try.
- Some people will still use the door bell, so make sure you check them in manually.
Kids BJJ Lessons
- From this point on the kids BJJ lessons will be on the website the same as the kids Muay Thai. It will take a while for me to get them all edited and uploaded, but at a minimum the weeks classes will be up by Monday lunchtime. This will make it possible to watch the lessons on your phone the gym iPad, or any other computer.
- I have made some changes to the class structure, so please follow the Link and have a look. The biggest change is the Gracie Games have been added. Even though these games are taught for the beginner and to kids between the ages of 4-10, I have used these games in the adults classes just taught in a slightly different way. These games make up the basic skills needed for many other kids classes and just JiuJitsu is general. I would use the games as a warm up after the line drills, and as two person drill. I am setting one drill per week, there are 10-drills so the kids will get the same drill 4-5 times per year.

- I need notice to find replacements for your shifts, the more notice the better.
