This lesson is a quick intro for the beginners, people can do the 15-minute beginners as many times as the feel they need to. If you have only one person and you can see they have some experience, then skip though thing quickly and add some more advanced skill than what is listed below. Remember to always work to the person with the least experience, but still work to get though everything below. Always finish with and quick rundown of how the class generally runs.
