- Date confirmed, 1st Aid Certification
- 25th of March, same day as the Kids Grading
- 1st Aid will start from 10:30am there is 10pp per class
- When we get closer I will let you know your start time
- You will be able to do your online part soon
- Scotty is going top open the course up to other gym members and family
- I am covering the cost for all staff. Members and family will be at a discounted rate
- The course is in two parts, theory is online and practical is in person at the gym
- Kids Grading
- 25th of March 8:45am
- Kids Promotion – Back to School – Ends on Tuesday
- Free Gi/Uniform for new members.
- Team Training
- The 1st Team Training for SASSOM will be on the 18th of March 23 @ 10:30am.
- Neil Owen will be our Guest Instructor (Neil is my coach)
- We are doing 2 x Team Training this year, the other will be in September / October
