Biography:
Mitch is a University Qualified Exercise Scientist and Rehab Coach. His years studying have led to knowledge and understanding of the human body in fields of anatomy, physiology and rehabilitation. He was worked with clients of all types including athletes, end-stage rehab and wellness/well-being clients. Mitch’s background is in Outrigger Canoe Paddling in which he represented Australia and competed in National Competitions. Mitch has worked with professional and semi-professional sporting teams as a Sports Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach inclusive of pre-season prep and in-season injury maintenance.

Passion:
Mitch’s passion comes from his days of competing in sport and wanting to be in a position where he could educate and teach people to become the best version they want to be. He has a passion for teaching people the many benefits of exercise and movement and the lasting changes it can have on the body in a positive way. Working with a range of clients over his years of practice has led him to having a wide range of different techniques for training with any client with any goal and working toward that goal. He believes movement is a must, no matter what.
