About Muay Thai

Muay Thai / Kickboxing is easy to learn, great for self-defence, excellent for fitness, and a great way to meet new people. You can learn Muay Thai for self-confidence, self defence and fitness. At SASSOM we also train people that want to compete as an Amateur or professional. Our gym is safe, friendly, and free from attitude and ego, a place where everyone helps each other learn.

Beginners, are welcome to come to all of the classes on the Time Table. The classes to get you started are on a Monday and Wednesday night from 7:30 – 7:45pm. These classes have all the fundamental techniques you need to build a great foundation in Muay Thai. You can get started at SASSOM with our 7-day free trial. During your 7-day trial you do not need to purchase any equipment, we will lend you what you need.

At SASSOM you can fully experience Muay Thai without competing with our advanced training & sparring sessions. We have Fighters Training for those that would like to challenge themselves in the arena and gain the benefits of competing in Muay Thai.

We are a relaxed club that enjoys short or long term visitors wether they be local, interstate or international. You can view photos from competitions, seminars and general training here.
